Michael Scherrer

Mr. Scherrer is a Partner of Terreus Capital AG. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Communications from the University of Applied Science Zurich and additional finance and banking certifications from Singapore and Switzerland. He has been advising private banking clients for more than 15 years in Swiss private banks and as an independent wealth manager and family officer thereafter.

Prior to his engagement with Terreus Capital AG, Mr. Scherrer started working as a partner with Canamor Wealth Solutions AG in Zürich, a boutique multi family office. He and his partners decided to merge business with Terreus Capital AG to strengthen the platform, service and advise to their clients.

Before starting independently Mr. Scherrer worked for 15 years in large Swiss private banks. For more than 8 years he worked for Bank Julius Baer in Zürich as well as in Singapore and Hong Kong where he served as Market Head and Team Head directly with his teams of relationship managers for his private clients. He also worked for several years at Coutts Bank von Ernst (RBS Coutts Bank) and BSI Bank in Zürich and Singapore.

Mr. Scherrer adds to Terreus Capital AG an international network of business partners and deep experience in the private banking world with a global clientele. His ultimate focus lies in creating value for clients and their families optimizing their bank relationships, strengthening their investment approach and expanding their family office offering.
